Returns, Warranties & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be happy and satisfied with your i’Collection products. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee; if you are not completely satisfied with your i’Collection product within the first 30 days, you will receive a refund of your purchase price less a 25% disposal fee.

Because we strongly believe in the quality, design and craftsmanship of our products all i’Collection products come with a FIVE YEAR limited warranty.

WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty begins on day of purchase.

If your product has a manufacturing defect in the workmanship or material the defected product will be replaced at no charge for the customer except the return-shipping fee.

If the product is discontinued at the time of warranty replacement, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of comparable quality.

Warranty does not include zippers, stitching and normal wear and tear of the product.

Proof of purchase required by order number and date of purchase for all claims.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Products must be unopened and unused to be eligible for a return or an exchange.

For an exchange due to a shipping or fulfillment error, such as the wrong product(s) being sent, i’Collection will provide a return-shipping label.

For all other returns or exchanges the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Only items purchased from the i’Collection website will be accepted. We cannot accept merchandise returns or exchanges for items purchased from other retailers.

Any exchange/return outside of the policy will be reviewed and customers may be subject to shipping charges and/or credit towards another purchase.

Proof of purchase required by order number and date of purchase for all returns and exchanges.

WARRANTY CLAIM, RETURN OR EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

Please send an email to icollectionbeding@gmail.com with your order number and date of purchase (located on your receipt) followed by a brief description of your warranty claim, your return, or your exchange.

For warranty claims please pack and ship the defected product.

For returns and exchanges please ship product in the original package.

Please make sure to pack and seal your box securely. Packages must be sent through a traceable shipping method and must be prepaid. We do not accept COD. We recommend you insure the package with the shipping carrier of your choice.

REFUNDS

i’Collection will contact you via email with any issues if necessary otherwise once your product has been received your claim, return, or exchange will be processed within 5 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post any transaction from us to your account.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your i’Collection order arrives with obvious shipping damage, we request that you refuse the delivery. If the shipment has been accepted and the customer finds shipping damage, it is requested that the customer contact icollectionbedding@gmail.com.
